Tagaytay Trip 2014.

Howdy y'all? Hahaha. Two weeks ago, I had this trip with my ABE 4-2 friends. (I was the only 4-3 member from the group but I don't mind.) We went to Tagaytay! Yeeey <3 We've been planning for this since I-can't-remember-when but it was sooo fun. We did a lot of first times and tried a whole bunch of stuff too :) There were some nakakairitang moments but I was excited that I didn't mind all of them. (A side effect when you're too excited and wanted to get the hell out of Manila stress. Hahaha)

Okay, so it was the 8 of us who explored and went on to Tagaytay: Jov, Ate Janice (Jov's "ate"), Licelle, Shang, Jonna, Jheza, Celine and I. Carmina did not make it because of schedule conflict. Her IELTS exam ended so late. :( Maybe next time, Minaj.

Anyway, Celine, Jheza and I met at North station at 8:30. Actually, it's 8:45. (Late ako! Bagal ng driver e. Hahaha.) And the rest is history... Daming init ng ulo at medyo bulyaw na natanggap ko pero everything went well.

Just take a look at the pictures and imagine yourself as a part of our Tagaytay adventure for 2014. :)

Me, Shang, Celine and Jov. :) Where's Jheza?

Long trail :|

Going to the farm. 5 people knew how hard it was to go there and harder to get out. BANGIIIIN! <3

Walking through the bangin! :D Luckily, we had a picture with the "Nahihirapang Jheza".

Sorry but this is the first time I saw ACTUAL and REAL pine trees. (Disadvantages of being born and raised in Manila)

While walking around the long and high staircases of Picnic Grove. (Medyo exercise! Hahaha)

Syempre, I have my selfie. At Picnic Grove.

The complete group. When this was taken, we were all afraid to walk through the trail, because it was pitch dark and dogs were everywhere. :3

The group before going to sleep. Pagod na pagod nako neto :/ Pero kasi picture e. Haha :))

Bragging part: In the group of 8, I WAS THE FIRST ONE TO WAKE UP! Wooohoooo! Yeeeeey <3

My selfie with the piglets. Haha! My sisters or brothers. :DDD

There they are! Hahaha :D There was a viral photo of 5 pigs in the farm in Facebook. Jheza tagged me, Carmina, Celine, Jonna and herself. We are planning to have a reenactment of that photo on our next trip. Haha! Crazy people!

This is, by far, the kindest cow I've ever encountered sa farm and in my whole entire life. Haha! Celine called this "COWIE". Jusko, napag-isipan.

Another approachable animal. HORSIE naman daw. Haha! Very brilliant. :))

Ma? HAHA. Kidding. This native pig is pregnant that's why it was separated from the other pigs in the farm.

Another actual and first in my life: Seeing a pineapplet (I made that word, sorry!) HAHAHA!

Good morning woooorld from Silang, Cavite :))

Boss Vivien. :D The cute girl which happens to be Jov's cousin. :D

Me being a camwhore and total epal sa picture. HAHAHA! With Celine.

It was 10:45 AM when we decided to leave this wonderful farm. So saaaad. :( Will be sure to go back to this place. Life's so simple. No need of technology or anything that could only expose our eyes to nerve-wrecking radiation. Haaaay :) #LifesSimpleJoys

My favorite group picture <3

An old house at the top of the place we stayed :) Very very vintage :D

Walking again... Under the heat of the sun. (Srsly, nangitim ako dito. :( )

STOLEN! Hahaha. Utter BS! Lagi na lang akong may stolen.

Medyo matagal maghintay ng jeep, so someone thought of taking a pyramid-like-whatsoever-I'm-not-sure-kung-ano picture. HAHA! Pero fail kasi may dumating ng isang jeep. So who are we to let the jeep go by.

Juna and me. Hahaha :)) TWINS dahil sa top color.

Pink Sisters Church. This is where nuns are wearing pink robes and singing live :)

FRESHNESS. Hahaha :)) *One of my favorite photos in the world!*

Trike #1: Me, Jheza, Jov and Ate Janice feat. Kuyang Driver na medyo feeling niya ata nasa adventure film kami. HAHAHA

We ate at Mahogany Market. I saw my HS classmate pa. Angela Evangelista that I didn't see for a long time. She was with her husband's family.

AND THEN!!! CHANAAAAAN :D A Tagaytay trip would not be complete without going to Sky Ranch :)) SOOOO FUN! I enjoyed Super Viking so much.

Feels like you're flying and you're looking at a very beautiful view of Taal. :')

The ride that almost killed us all. Hahaha! But it was worth it. Well, at least, for me. :D

Before the ride. HAHA! Saya pa namin dito. Well, Celine's the boss. I didn't hear her scream her lungs out while on the ride. HAHA. Favorite nga pala niya ang ganitong klaseng ride.

All I can say is: HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA! :D

I enjoyed this Tagaytay adventure a lot. SOBRAAAA! It was an amazing experience :) Thanks mga teeeeeeeh! Till our next trip out of Manila.

Love lots,
Sam <3

10-Day Facebook Photo Challenge (With a twist of excitement. HAHA!)

Howdy y'all? How's your new year celebration? :) Anyway, I saw this photo challenge on Kiana Valenciano's blogspot so a light bulb just went on and I thought of doing the same thing, but the twist is I'll do this in one post para tapos na :D (Yeeey! <3)

Day 1 - Facebook Profile Photo + 5 facts on photo

1. This was taken at Yen Cerdena's house on her 20th birthday. Hahaha!

2. The girl I was laughing with at this photo was actually the one bashed last 2011. Hahaha! But we really clicked. She's AC Eugenio, Yen's classmate.

3. I thought this was Celine Bautista's shot. She makes a lot of funny stolen shots of me.

4. I was busy imitating a funny picture from Instagram. HAHAHA!

5. I was jobless when I had this photo taken.

Day 2 - A photo of yourself a year ago

\

A photo taken by Celine Bautista (Of course, who else would that be? Haha) At SM North Annex.

Day 3 - A photo of someone you love

The most recent family photo. New Year 2014. I put on the wrong top that's why I looked so big I could cover my mom! Hahaha. :D So defensive, I apologize.

Day 4 - A photo that makes you happy

The latest gig I've been to. (Sorry for my very hectic and busy schedule) Luckily, my friend Celine saw an ad in Greenfield District and asked me to go with her because it's free. We invited Keith and JM to see the show too. Watched Up Dharma Down and Never The Strangers LIVE!!! Could you imagine how happy I was while watching?

Day 5 - A photo of you making a funny face

Taken on the day we WANTED to shoot for Mr. Mochizuki's farewell video pero fail. Hahaha! Tweens Celine and Chareez even bought those headbands to wear. And sorry for the face, I don't get serious when I am with them.

Day 6 - A photo of what is inside your bag / backpack

* I don't take photos of what are inside my bag. Hahaha! Too personal, sorry :D

Day 7 - A photo of you and your bestfriends

I've been to a lot of circle of friends...

F5 - high school sisters. Hahaha
TGAL (Tropang Gala At Layas) - College barkada
TG (The Group) - College barkada as well. :)
TheReps - We're only 3 people in this group. (The thread name in Facebook is way TOO LONG so I think "TheReps" will do.

F5 (since 2007) - Jana Gregorio, Georgiana Rozol, Mc Anniesette Reprado, Trinna Hormillosa and me. Mahal ko yang 4 na yan :D

TGAL (Tropang Gala At Layas since 2008) - DM Aldana, Labiey Palma, Chareez Reyno, Francis Boque, Ria Cruz, Kim Maaba, Leo Cortel, Carl Lee, Kathy dela Paz, Bisoy Centeno.

TG (The Group since 2011) - Mark Abalos, Celine Bautista, Loraine Espiritu, John Grajales, Jonna Magno, Lance Padilla, Chareez Reyno and Carmina Tacadino. Hahaha! I don't see them often na e. Pero I know, pag nag-reunion kami netong mga to, we'll be soooo ingay!

TheReps (since hmm... di ko alam. 2012 maybe?) Hahaha! Keith Banania and Celine Bautista. We're 3 people from 3 sections of our batch. I don't know kung pano kami nagsama. All I know, is that, I love them :D

Day 8 - Your Most Recent Picture

December 29, 2013, Enchanted Kingdom with TGAL loves :)) Up Up and Away ride :D

Day 9 - A photo of something you made

* I didn't make anything for anyone! Hahahaha :D Sorry! I am not a DIY person.

Day 10 - A photo that makes you laugh

When I saw this picture, I was laughing so hard! Hahahaha. We all thought this was a perfect shot but look, it was not even in the middle. Hahaha! Celine's 22nd kiddie party!

Hahaha! So these are the pictures for my 10-day photo challenge :))

Alas! Heartbreaking 2013 is OVER. Hahaha :D I can say that it was a year of lessons for me. I learned a lot, really. And of course, discovered, realized a lot too. I had the chance to know who my real friends are and what I can do to become a better version of myself. Sobrang nakakatuwa lang na though, a lot of things happened, I still managed to end the year with a bang.

I was involved in different issues too, pero they were all done now. Knew a lot of good people, my new younger sisters, new partners-in-crime and new teammates, office mates and immediate supervisors. Still wishing myself new things to learn and sana more adventures this year with friends.

Inspiring Messages

Did I mention that I have been a fan girl for quite some time now? Hahaha :D This all started when I watched Ignite Gospel Music Festival with my good friend and buddy, Celine. We witnessed how great it is to listen to original Christian songs by kids maybe some age as ours.

Well, just like any other fan girl, I am now a stalker. (Sto-kuh) Hahaha. And I happened to send a message to one of my crushes, Sir Sherwin Ton of Saved by Grace band :) and here is a screen shot of his reply message to me:

Then the next day, I woke to his message again (So kilig to the bones and cells) :

He is soooo kind and approachable. Hahaha! Lalangs! :P

If you want to listen to his band's songs, click on the links below and listen :)

Enjoy and God Bless!

Unemployed.

And now, I am unemployed. Free as a bird. Resting like a boss. Well, scratch the like a boss part because I've been cleaning my table, closet and room for 2 days already. Decluttering and throwing things that I no longer need. Books and papers that has been staying for ages and makes me think I live in a paper factory or what-not. That's me being sentimental. Hahaha :))

I am now unemployed due to some personal reasons. So happy with my decision. I left the company with no regrets. Why? I am freaking tired of being reprimanded for the wrong reasons. Being mandated to do things and do things for other people. In short, napagod ako to get by with the wrong things that it ended up to my departure. It was not an easy decision to make, but it made me feel a bit alive again and as of the moment, I am browsing my Jobstreet profile to look for another job to land and I'll be more aware, like seriously.

For the last two days, I had enough sleep and was able to catch up with my favorite TV shows, my old friends and watch movies. Updated some of my accounts, including this one. Haha :)) Unfollowed people on Twitter, clicked unfriend on Facebook, changed my profile picture, cover photo and even my desktop background.

There, I should end this now for this may become a very emotional entry if I add some details.

Be Exalted - Ascension Music Ministry

Since last week, I am still having this "Ignite Gospel Music Festival 2013" hangover. HAHAHA! Maybe, because that was the first time I watched a gospel festival which is not common these days. It also made me think a lot of things. Thanks to Celine Bautista for convincing me. :)

I just wanna share one of the finalists of this festival. Their band is called "Ascension Music Ministry". Members are from Dasmarinas, Cavite. Yeah, I know where they're from. The band's drummer, John is my TG kabarkada. So Celine and I supported his band last September 21st at Music Museum.

So just like what's on the title, I will now post their entry entitled Be Exalted. One of my few favorite Christian songs and good thing it is original. Hope to hear more songs like this. Actually, very timely for those who feel lost and down.

Aside from the music video, I'll post some pictures last Ignite Gospel Music Festival 2013.

Be Exalted - Ascension Music Ministry (Ignite Gospel Music Festival Grand Finalist)

With Ascension Music Ministry

Reynante Caratao - Guitar
John Grajales - Drums
Analiza Payumo - Vocals
Krishna Naron - Lead Vocals
Blessie Cerbito - Vocals
Wallen Anacan - Bass
Deo Saique - Keyboard

Photo op ulit. Since I saw them live, I am a certified FAN :)

With Beng, Ate Krishna, Celine and I after the concert.

With Beng and Celine. EHEM! No comment :D

And say HI to Sir JP Kabuhat from Daybreak Anthem. The one who actually completed our night. :)
That SMILE :'> HAAAAAAAAAY! :)

Anyway, I realized a lot of things because of this event. While watching the whole program, I was like looking at everyone else's faces and saw how happy they were though they were just supporters of the bands who made it to the final round. I saw how grateful they are and how they enjoyed the whole show. I envy them so much and I am thinking about a lot of things right now.

Those things will be blogged next time :)
